1. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
50% of the total project cost is collected after inspection and held in escrow until materials are ordered. The remaining 50% balance is collected upon completion and held in escrow until the job is verified complete. All payments are protected by escrow.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
DirectCrew will coordinate the complete removal of existing roofing materials and installation of new roofing system as specified in your quote, including all materials listed. Work includes proper disposal of old materials, installation per manufacturer specifications, and final cleanup.
3. MATERIALS
All materials are as specified in your quote summary. Plywood replacement: 4 sheets included; unused sheets credited at $60 each. Additional plywood beyond 4 sheets billed at $60/sheet if deck damage is discovered.
4. WARRANTY
Your installation includes the manufacturer's warranty as specified for your selected shingle product, plus DirectCrew's 5-year workmanship warranty covering installation defects.
5. SCHEDULING
Installation dates are weather-dependent. DirectCrew will communicate any weather-related delays promptly. Typical installation completes in 1-2 days for standard residential roofs.
6. DIRECTCREW FEE
The 15% DirectCrew fee covers: project coordination, vetted contractor matching, escrow payment protection, quality assurance inspections, and warranty administration.

You may cancel this agreement until 2 days prior to material delivery for a full refund of your deposit. After materials are delivered, the deposit is refundable for only deposit minus the cost of materials.
9. LIABILITY
No payment required today. Your information is secure.
