DirectCrews Roofing Service Agreement

1. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS

50% of the total project cost is collected after inspection and held in escrow until materials are ordered. The remaining 50% balance is collected upon completion and held in escrow until the job is verified complete.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

DirectCrews will coordinate the complete removal of existing roofing materials and installation of new roofing system as specified in your quote, including all materials listed.

3. MATERIALS

All materials are as specified in your quote summary. Plywood replacement: 4 sheets included; additional plywood beyond 4 sheets billed at $60/sheet if deck damage is discovered. If skylights are present, final skylight flashing and sealing costs will be determined upon on-site measurement during inspection. Skylights over 10 years old are recommended to be replaced during roof replacement.

4. WARRANTY

Your installation includes the manufacturer's warranty plus DirectCrews's 5-year workmanship warranty covering installation defects.

5. SCHEDULING

Installation dates are weather-dependent. DirectCrews will communicate any weather-related delays promptly.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel until 2 days prior to material delivery for a full refund. After materials are delivered, refund is deposit minus cost of materials.

7. PROPERTY PREPARATION

Move vehicles away from the house before installation
Secure or remove items from walls that may vibrate
Ensure gate access for crew and materials
