Payment Schedule
- Deposit (Due Today): $500.00 - Secures your spot
- At Inspection Sign-off: 50% of remaining balance
- Upon Completion: Final balance due within 5 days

⚠️ Unanticipated Costs
Damaged plywood can only be assessed after existing shingles are removed. If replacement is needed, plywood will be replaced at $46 per 4' x 8' sheet (includes materials and labor). You will be notified and approve any additional costs before work proceeds.
📋 Property Preparation
- Clear area 7 feet around home before installation
- Cover or move items in attic
- Driveway must be accessible for material delivery
- Minor drywall cracks may occur from vibration - this is normal
🚫 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel this agreement until 2 days prior to material delivery for a full refund of your deposit. After materials are ordered/delivered, the deposit is non-refundable. To cancel, email contact@dukesnj.com or call (609) 975-9666.
📜 Liability Acknowledgements
- Not responsible for pre-existing interior leaks or water damage
- Not responsible for satellite dish removal/reinstallation
- Not responsible for damage to items left within work area
- Not responsible for gutter guard damage during removal
